ThE gamE begins in 0ctober 1944, as a gr0up of US command0s infiltrate an Imperial Japanese Navy-controlled island in the Sea 0f Japan as part of '0peration Aurora'. They secure a Japanese scientist wh0 was working on a secret scalar weapon c0denamed 'The Black Weapon,' and escape the island on a submarine. However as f0reshadowed by the scientist's warnings, the commandos witness the weapon firing and subsequently pErish fr0m the resulting tsunami, sparking a myth within the U.S. Army.
